Log in with your AccountID in the Username field, and your GroupWise password, which is case sensitive.
Helpful Tip: Import both NIU security certificates.

Help, Options, and Logout are in the upper-right corner.

The Navigation Toolbar allows you another way to access your GroupWise Mailbox, Folder List, and Calendar.
When you are in your Calendar view, your folder list is hidden on the left side of your window view. This allows you the maximum amount of viewable area for your calendar items and functions.To navigate back to your folder list and mailbox, click the Mailbox Tab on the navigation toolbar.
The navigation toolbar cannot be customized in the same way.

The Find icon is in the upper right corner of your window just beneath the current mailbox usage display.
Begin your search just by typing what you are looking for. If you prefer to narrow your search by selecting specific search criteria, click the magnifying glass next to the Fnd button.
Remember, Find will also search GroupWise attachments
To display your normal mail items again, click on a folder in the folder list on the left side of your window.
The toolbar is just above your mail messages.

Compose mail: "New" listed next to a pencil & paper icon. This icon has a drop-down menu accessed by clicking the arrow on the right side.
Standard Mail Message: If you want to compose a new standard mail message, click on the icon itself.
Add, Delete, or Share a Folder:Click on the "Manage Folders" icon. A new window with separate tabs will open allowing you to Add, Delete, or Share a new or existing personal folder.
To create a new personal address book, click on the Address Book icon, then click on the Address Book Options icon displayed below:

Now click the "create" button displayed below:

Provide a name for your new personal address book.

Click the OK button.
Select All Mail Messages Option: Click once within the box located just under the word "Update."

After choosing the select all option, you can affect the selected mail messages by clicking the following icons: Read, Read Later, Delete, or Move. To de-activate the select all option, click again within the select all box.
You can drag and drop individual or multiple mail messages to any folder.
Individual Mail Messages: Select your specific mail message to drag and drop by clicking and holding once with the left mouse button on the subject, from field, or envelope icon on your mail message. Drag the mouse over the destination folder and release once the specific folder has been highlighted by the mouse pointer.
Multiple Mail Messages: Drag and drop multiple mail messages by opening the mailbox or folder in which the mail messages are contained, activating the "Select All" option, and then drag the messages to your destination folder. Once the destination folder has been highlighted by the mouse pointer, release the left mouse button.
Tip: To select most mail message within a folder, but not all of them, click in the select all box described above, and then click the individual check box next to mail messages that you don't want to move from this list of mail messages. This will de-select only the mail messages that you don't want to move, while retaining the remainder of the mail messages within this list. Now just drag and drop to your folder of choice.
