Auto Attendants are used to route calls according to the needs of the caller. These routings can be scheduled based on the time of day or day of the week. Auto attendants can be used to handle routine calls by providing pre-recorded information or "fill in the blank" voice forms. The design of the auto attendant is custom tailored.
