Order Microsoft Campus Agreement
- Campus Agreement subscriptions for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 were due May 20, 2008.
- New subscription requests received at ITS after May 20, 2008 are not valid for the current Fiscal Year but can be added onto the FY2010 contract period beginning July 1, 2009 and will be subject to price, terms, and license changes.
- Renewal information for the subscription period beginning July 1, 20098 will be posted in spring 2009.

- Our Letter to Administrators includes special instructions for the distribution of software for home use.
- Home use software must be removed from the home computer and no license is granted upon the earlier of:
- termination of the agreement by the department, or
- termination of the agreement by NIU, or
- termination of employment with NIU.
